What Happened? To sum up what happened, I used a shiftlock glitch to see through a suspects garage and saw him cooking crystal, I wrongfully used that as Probable cause for a raid. I Tried to organise a raid but other players approached the house and confronted both me and the suspect. They saw my method of PC as invalid and was illegal, a Moderator stepped in and reviewed the case.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? At the day of the encounter, I'd had a very tough day both at work and at college, I got on ventura in hopes to ease my stress but instead lead me to cause stress for others. I Know that this doesn't give me an excuse to do what I did, I agree that my methods was absolutely wrong and I take full responsibility for my actions, I let my emotions cloud my judgement aswell as my sense of reason. I Had been within this community since the early days of Victor Valley, even being a former staff member, although what I said look like it has no relevance, it shows my character and commitment to this community. What I did was wrong, and I fully understand the consequences of my actions, I had even contacted the user who was involved to formally apologized.
Whatever the outcome of this appeal may come out as, in the end, I learned that just because I had a bad day, doesn't mean I should do the same for others, and that I should play the game as its supposed to and ensure that its fair for all players, no matter if their a Civilian or a Police officer. I Fully understand and acknowledge my actions yesterday and hope that my attitude and offense committed can be forgiven by all parties.
