I was trespassing to make and sell crystal. On the way in I saw 2 officers pointing tasers. I went to go confront them and with no verbal warnings, began to shoot tasers. I attempted to flee which is where the HCSD tackles me in my car(..?). When at MCJ, the VHP tases me while I'm not resisting. They also failed to search me in the correct area. They let me know of 2 of my charges (Trespassing and Fleeing) but when booking me, added like 3 more.
Conclusion:
VHP: 2 counts Tool abuse, 1 count FRP
SD: Multiple counts FRP, did not inform me of all of my charges
