Additional Questions

  1. Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?
I’ve always wanted to help people and improve myself as a person. But the main reason is to help and watch over the community, ensuring a positive environment for everyone, while also managing any issues that may arise.

  2.

  3. What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?:
I have experience I’m really kind and I understand well and I’m really open and friendly to new people who need help.

3.)    Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:
Yes, I was in the British army staff team in that picture I was hosting a RGG try-out I was able to kick and ban people I was a moderator because I passed the Trial-moderation team.

  1. How would you handle a conflict between two community members?
I would stop it and mute one of them and ask what’s going on and then mute that one and unmute the other and ask what’s going on and let them talk it out while watching and say sorry and give them both warnings.

  2. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:
There was a argument between two higher ranks than me but I followed what I been told and gave them warnings and then did it again and again so I got permission to Blacklist them from HICOM and moderation team.

  3. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?
I will start with the most important one and end up with the least important one because the most important one could be a REALLY big problem and could get someone Banned if I’m not fast enough which is what we don’t want happening.

  4. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?
Responsibility NO false bans no being mean to people and no false kicking and no false anything because you always want to double check what happened and never ever false kick or ban anyone.

  5. How would you support and encourage new members of the community?
I would answer any question they have and replied quickly to show that the staff team is active and amazing, and I would show friendliness and kindness to show that the staff team is friendly and kind.

  6. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
In the future I would like to become a really high rank and still watch over and help new moderators and enjoy and be even more patient and friendlier.

  7. Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?

I believe that the moderation needs to start checking who they are banning and what for, along with doing checks with other mods before banning/warning a person.
