Incident Description: While I was on scene, lisiu59 used lethal force on me even though I showed no immediate threat and was unarmed and fleeing. The use of deadly force in this situation was completely unjustified and violated standard use-of-force protocols. Additionally, while on duty, lisiu59 said “stfu” (shut the **** up) toward another player, demonstrating unprofessional and disrespectful conduct during an active scene.
