Incident Description*:
My partner and I were patrolling near the gun store. Suddenly, we saw through the window a young man grabbing another man by the neck (inside the store), holding a gun. At that moment, I pulled out my service pistol and pointed it at him (I didn't shoot at first, check that on the clip, I had to open fire since he was still shooting after sawing me), trying to give him a chance to let the kid go so I wouldn't have to shoot him. He wasn't responding, the store doors were blocked (or bugged), and since he kept shooting, I had to shoot him down.
I've attached clips of everything (both mine and my partner's) so you can see I didn't do anything wrong, and that what I've said it's true. I used to be a staff member here about six months ago, and I believe the staff was wrong since he accepted a clip without prior context (see how the reporter clip is cut xDDD). Therefore, I ask for several things:
- 1. That my ban be removed since I didn't do anything wrong.
- 2. The user who reported me gets punished for FRS (as this often happens and it's a violation).
- 3. That a discussion be held with the staff member who sanctioned me, and that it be explained to them that to sanction someone, a clip showing the action itself isn't enough; some context is needed to see who did things right and who didn't.
