I was with a friend in an SUV armed and was preparing for a Chemicals Operation. I was supposed to go buy a lot of Chemical Mixtures; however, I stumbled across a guy with a cowboy hat at the Seeds dealer. Since I didn't want him to finish the whole restock of mixtures, and due to my safety, since many people get shot in there and due to cops also being able to enter the area, where undercovers may also be, I equipped my AR weapon and aimed it at the guy with the cowboy hat, demanding him to leave the area. Just after that, he was saying it's a "Safe-zone" and that I shouldn't be camping, which I didn't camp. Then I gave him a countdown from 3 to 1, and I shot him to death, which I then bought my mixtures and left for my vehicle to proceed further with the Chemical Operation. However, due to some trouble we had with cops, I was involved in a shooting and died. And when I respawned, I went AFK due to a family emergency, and after a few minutes, I came back with my screen showing my ban (I will attach the picture of the ban)
The ban showed: Violations: RDM, Camping Seed Dealer
I believe that the moderator had wrongly banned me, and that his/her actions were inappropriate, as he/she had banned me with obviously insufficient evidence. Now, from what I think of what evidence the mod received was a video clip that the guy I had killed had shown how I threatened him, and then killed. I will be going step by step with each violation and why they were all inappropriate to ban me for.
RDM - Random Death Match
RDM, which stands for "Random Death Match", is a rule to prevent people from troll-killing (killing a person without a reason - killing a person for fun), as well as invalid reasons to kill. This makes 0 sense, as I legit approached the guy, THREATENED him with a gun to leave the area, gave him a countdown from 3 to 1, however, he kept saying it's a "Safe-zone" and that I shouldn't "camp here" (I will explain in the second paragraph why I shouldn't have been banned for the violation of camping at the seeds dealer either"). After the countdown, I shot him to death, and the reason wasn't for fun. The reason was for my own safety, as people literally get killed at dealer locations for interfering with other groups/people and to be able. It is reasonable and should NOT count as RDM.
Camping Seed Dealer
Now this had caught me completely off guard, and had pissed me off to the point where it made me think some moderators are complete idiots. "Camping" means staying in one area for a period of time to gain an advantage over other players. I can't believe the moderators believed the words of the guy who reported me, because I was legit ONLY going in to buy a batch of mixtures and leave. I wasn't even in the area for more than 2 minutes, and the moderator added the violation "Camping Seed Dealer"? Also, how is the place a safe zone when cops, including SBI, randomly enter the area to look for people near dealers? The Police will then chase you down, draw guns and try to detain you. In this situation, you are obviously going to avoid this, and if escaping is impossible, try to shoot the cops if you are desperate not to get caught. If a safe zone should exist, then cops shouldn't be able to enter the area "Randomly" (this excludes the reason if an incident happened there or a call was made) and detain anyone in there.
Now, don't get me wrong, most of the moderators are actually professional and know what they are doing, but there will always be the most unprofessional ones who make the worst decisions and wrong ones.
