What Happened? I was on duty as VHP and a HCSD deputy was arresting a target employee at the Milano target centre. I asked the employee for ID, he provided the identification I ran his name on the smartstorm MDT system, I didn't find any flags but forgot to check the reports section. I told him and the HCSD deputy he did not have a warrant. A small argument started between me and the HCSD deputy, we both called each other idiots. He walked to his car to put the suspect in where I pulled out my gun and shot him multiple times.

Why Should You Be Unbanned? Before I start I feel an important thing to be factored in is I have not had any bans/moderation actions taken against myself in the Project Ventura game. Aside from that, I believe that him saying "bye idiot" after our heated discussion of whether he had a warrant or not was provoking and hostile and instead of calming down, I shot him. The actions taken were not appropriate, but I believe the deputies actions were purposely provoking toward me, to set me off. I hope you understand what I am trying to convey here and that any LEO blacklists (if any have been applied) and the ban itself can be lifted. Thank you for the opportunity for making this appeal and goodbye.
