Give us an Incident Description: I was waiting for a pickup from another unit after the one that originally came couldn’t as his car seats are broken. The reason for the pickup was an RPD officer accidentally spiked my tired after using his vehicle’s spikes on a suspects car. Getting to the point while I was waiting with a flare out I randomly got shot and killed.
