Why can't i go on any LEO teams

Why is it so that everytime i load into a server and wait for around 15 minutes the LEO teams are full all the time, i just wanna try them out

LEO teams are mostly full all the time, it'd be suggested to either just wait the time out to get a empty slot, or go into a smaller server to get on a team earlier.

You could also buy Founders VIP for $120 to skip the queues and get straight on team
