Incident Description*:

He came with a bunch of other people presumably in a PMC. Suspects began to shoot at Law Enforcement Officers, upon me arriving he was killed the first time (not shown in this clip), which him or his buddy switched teams to avoid being arrested while down. After one of his buddies survived, he came back after previously dying, came back with a firearm and shot his friend, after being killed he left the game immediately.
