My Name is Kingcoptyy, and within the mountain Community, My Reason to, Join the Staff Team is Because I wanna Achieve Something Here I wanna to build a family Here! Within Us, I also want to be an example for upcoming Mods and New members! And I wanna Help out here. And be the best mod there is. And What I learned from them was Fun! and very amazing, I have achieved so much from them, I Have been Active and Well, Hardworking. How would you handle a conflict between two community members? In this, type of situation you would Approach the Two, Well Ask what’s the Issue, and Hear each side of the story. And Fix the issue. Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role: When You have, to handle something difficult by yourself alone and handle a lot, of issues. How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities? I don’t exactly know about this one. What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why? Well. I think Staff should Uphold, a High Standard of manners and experience because staff Should always be prepared for, unexpected challenges and they won’t know so yeah. How would you support and encourage new members of the community? By Telling them what, they should expect supporting them at every step, and motivating them. Every step. What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?
