Report: I was attempting to make cash at McDonalds. Then these three troopers came in and unlawfully detained me, pepper sprayed me, shot me, and gave me a unreasonable fine. I only have one name of the trooper, who is named “ Adrian Bouavong “ I just want this citation/fine off my system.
