I've cancelled my membership a total of 3 times before and yet your people STILL CHARGE ME MONTHLY for a game I haven't played since ******* 2024. Seriously just noticed you people have been billing my account dispute me ******* cancelling it. I've emailed support, I've tried to cancel it again just for your website to say I have no purchases or anything and I'm fed up of waiting for an email back while y'all COUNTINUE to charge me monthly.
