Why do you want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team?

I want to join the Mountain Interactive Staff Team because I’m passionate about supporting roleplaying communities and ensuring a fair enjoyable experience for all players. As a staff member, I’m excited to help maintain order, assist players with their needs, and contibute to the game’s growth. My strong ommunication skills, professionalism, definitely makes a great impact on the community. I definitely have a great SPaG. (Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar.)

What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?

I have strong communication skill and a calm, fair approach to handling situations, which I believe would make me a valuable member of the staff team. I’m organized, reliable, and experienced in resolving conflicts and helping others, which allows me to contribute to a supportive community environment. My focus is always on creating the best experience for everyone involved.

I’ve been involved in ERLC servers, as a Moderator, moderating and assisting members. I also helped with event organization and communication in lots of ERLC Roleplay servers. These experiences strengthened my teamwork and problem solving skills

I’d listen to both sides, remain neutral, and clarify the rules. Explain the violation to both parties, and ensure the individual understands the consequences. I’d apply appropriate action, like a warning if they continue. (If its on discord then I'll just specifically tell them to stop arguing)

When a key team member dropped out before an event, I reassigned tasks and took on extra responsibiliies. Through clear communication and teamwork, we successfully completed the event on time and met our goals

As a staff member, I prioritize tasks by assessing urgency and impact on the community. I use to-do lists and a scheduling tool to stay organized and ensure deadlines are met. I also remain flexible to handle unexpected issues while focusing on key responsibilties

I believe the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold is respect. Respect makes a positive environment where all community members feel valued and heard. By treating everyone with fairness and considertion, staff can build trust and encourage active participation, leading to a more vibrant and engaged community.

my long term goal is to develop my skills in community managementl engagement, aiming to contribute to a great online community. Being part of Mountain Interactive aligns with this aspiration by offering opportunities to engage with a diverse community, enhance my problem solving skill and contribute to creating a safe environment. This role provides a platform to apply and expand my skills in moderation, communication, and community building, which are essential for my personal and professional growth :3
