guy abusing citations and now i have to pay 55k

I just spawn in and this guy comes up to me and asks me for ID, and is trying to make me pay 55k, i couldnt get his username but i got his ingame name, just wondering but is it possible for you guys to remove my cite for it being false? (Username is Cash2mean if you can)
