Incident Description*:

Offender shoots a player on State Road 32, upon request from backup. I showed up and shot both him and his friend. After the incident took place, he decided to come back and shoot at me for retaliation. He changed his clothes after I said he would get moderated.

Rules Violated*: FRP, RDM, NITRP, Abuse of Power, Corruption, False Charges
