What Happened?
First off I have looked at the clip involving my ban and I do say it does look bad, to add I have my own clip of everything and i even tried to explain everything and the confusion during the incident I had to the admin/mod on the incident but he didn't give me the chance to say anything.
To start with what happened long story short i was in a pursuit and my vehicle wrecked, When I exited my vehicle I heard a hail of gunfire coming from my right and left, as i ran around the wall of the park or wherever I was at, I observed 4-6 officers clearing a building and shooting at the other direction the gun fire was coming from.
I ran back over to where the other shots were coming from and observed what looked like to me 2-3 Civilians with long rifles/high powered weapons shooting at the cops I just observed shooting in their direction, from what I seen one of them had a vest on with no identifiers or anything and civ clothing, the other male didn't seem to have any police identifiers on just plan clothing.
After observing them continue to shoot at the cops I actually Identified as cops i pulled my gun out and shot both of them down, almost immediately after i was shot and killed from behind then the staff scene occurred.
Like i stated earlier I have a clip of everything and will be happy to show everything if needed, I do believe this was a misunderstanding and I'm sorry for misinterpreting the identity of the "plain clothes" officers.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I personally am sorry for the actions that happened, this was my first time playing the game and getting a staff action, I was confused on what was happening and shot the two officers, like I mentioned I tried to explain my self but didn't get a chance to.
I would be happy and grateful if this ban would at least be moved to a Temp not a Perm, I enjoy playing this game and just got the chance to start playing it.

Here is the Clip I have, after looking at it the people i did shoot were wearing vests and had a duty belts but had no identifiers on from what i could tell and were shooting at the cops I could positively identify, it does look bad on my part but I was very confused and should have waited or left instead of involving myself in the shooting.
