Unsure on who banned but have it all on clip.

What Happened?
I was in a police pursuit in which my car got spun out so I was unable to drive away otherwise I would of got caught, so I run on foot until i see a place i can take cover to pull a firearm out to shoot the cops however I am unaware that this specific area has ZERO ground collision so I fall through and die. Now I return back to SP after dying and the mod who is a police officer who was chasing me jails me and comes up to me and says I RTAA and was abusing bugs even though I had zero knowledge and didn't even hear me out and instantly banned me.

Abuse of a Bug/Map problem.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I will provide all the clips below showing that I did not have any intention of purposely breaking the rules and the mod not even listning and just accusing me when I had no knowledge that part of the map does have no collision but he fails to reason or even understand I did not know that area itself was bugged. I do not see how it is fair in any way to punish someone for a fault of the map they had no knowledge of in the slightest.
