I was responding to Sped's Auto because someone reported to me that a VHP officer had tackled a civilian for no reason. Once I reached the scene, the VHP officer left the game, and the offender came up to my car, proning and glitching my car and other vehicles there. He then continued glitching vehicles and was also asked to stop by another person.
