Was at strikepoint firearms after a panic to investigate an officer homicide. He was armed with a shotgun on his back which open carry is illegal. He threatened me and proceeded to not follow lawful orders. He was arrested for those reasons as I put him in cuffs and drove him to sheriff for booking. While complaining on the way, we ended up at sheriff which the moment we stepped in the sheriff's department, he left to avoid arrest.
