Location where incident happened: Ventura

Detailed description: Sitting on ventura patrolling, reading radio someone saying about a rogue vhp unit. arrived. followed them and they knew that they were getting chased/caught. they proceed to open fire on a fcpd officer downing him to which he proceeds to start his panic, i return fire and another vhp goes down. you can tell compy changed his character to avoid getting caught but the initial outfit when he first joins shows him being the yellow hair, and yellow skinned character. you can also tell tarrman22 being apart of it because he gets out the vhp suv. later i rush to vhp because a SBI confirmed killing one of the rogues, and tarrman22 said he didn't cared about getting banned that he will just make a new account which i believe he did. kill logs should currently show compychampionblud killing a bunch of police.
