I got banned for Vtos? but some officer started beefing with me and told me to keep calling him a fool and he would get me banned while he also started bullying belittling and harassing me

I think i should be unbanned because it really wasnt my fault ( my opinion) and the officer started being very mean and at one point even cuffed me so i got abit mad but yea i feel that i should get unbanned because its a really fun game and i think i did nothing wrong.
