First i got out of my cruiser to talk to a jaywalker but the jaywalker leaves so i go back to my car and there he is glitching it he continues to do so i tell him to stop and start hitting him with my baton i grab him and a trooper and paramedics show up he then proceeds to ltaa to escape moderation before i can call for a mod.
