Detailed description of events: As I was writing my previous report, my friend got pulled over by the offender in a stolen cop cruiser. He jumps out and looks at the people inside the car, and then he notices me and decides to pull out his gun and shoot me and my friend (evidence shown by kill logs, uploaded images, and a clip). I can't even do anything as he RDMs me and my friend, as we can't escape at this point.
Extra note: This player has already broken the rules against me. (In my previous forum, including RDM, AoT, Escalation, etc.) And while I was looking for the date in kill logs, I noticed large amounts of kills committed against civilians in short spans of time.
