Is it bannable to abuse the report system because some of these reports are absolutely ridiculous

I have so far seen 2 of the dumbest reports i have ever seen in my life one was literally a guy very obviously doing rdm and reporting the cop who arrested him and another was a 34 year old man complaining that a cop in ventura had his rifle slinged there is no way people can be this dumb.
