I approached a group of people nearby to where I spawned, interested in seeing what was going on. I noticed that there was an ongoing police RP so I decided to observe from a distance so as to not interrupt anyone. While I was observing I chose to stand on-top of a bollard on the pavement for fun. I did not speak or gesture or in any way act in a disorderly fashion, I just stood on-top of the bollard because I wanted to, and it isn't a crime. I was subsequently approached by 'datasec', who was on the FCPD team at the time who demanded me to "Get off the pole or Im citing you for disorderly" (https://prnt.sc/d0xADD4QTCVi). I refused, informing datasec that standing on said pole is neither disorderly or criminal. They then physically pulled me off the pole using the grab game mechanic and made an ID request. I refused this request informing them that in order for me to be required to provide ID, they must have at a minimum reasonable suspicion that I have committed a crime, and once again, standing on a bollard/pole is not a crime.
Datasec then told me I was being arrested for failure to identify. I immediately asked for a supervisor, they ignored me. I also asked for their username, they also ignored and refused to provide it. They put me in the back of their car and drove around searching for the prison, during this drive I repeatedly, over and over again, asked for their name and for a supervisor, and they continued to either ignore me, flat out deny me (https://prnt.sc/xaw1o1z8doAJ) or mock my efforts (https://prnt.sc/xiV-B4htfOfy).
Datasec needed to ask another officer (an SBI agent I was unable to identify) to lead them to the prison. After we arrived and I continued to complain about the false arrest the SBI agent started to ask about the events that occurred. Datasec initially avoided their questions but eventually stopped to answer them. During this conversation, according to both mine and datasec's testimony, the SBI agent was unsure if the arrest was justified. Before the conversation ended (lag spike, may be slightly innaccurate, yt vid will show) datasec walked me over to the police computer in the prison and arrested me, despite the SBI agent saying "hol on do not book" (https://prnt.sc/qY4WuaRUQyee), they ignored this and arrested me for disorderly conduct.s
tldr; datasec arrested me with no probable cause or reasonable suspicion to believe I had committed a crime. They failed to identify themself after being asked multiple times and failed to provide a supervisor after being asked multiple times. They even went to the extent of telling me to shut up and mocking me.
