I approached the VHP while he was refueling to tell him to put his rifle away and into his trunk, as he had his rifle slung on his chest while just patrolling. He did not co-operate, resultingly having to argue with him for about 20-ish minutes before VBI arrived, during this, he insulted me, said I was "crying" multiple times, and attempted to use his higher rank to get me to go away. When the VBI arrived after multiple requests for a VHP Supervisor or VBI, the VBI sided with the other VHP, attempted to get my ID multiple times, to which I provided my in-game LE identification, he was however not satisfied, so I had to give him my ID, to which he cited me 800$ (Which I paid) for "Refusing a Lawful Order", he then began threatening to arrest me, to which I was forced to move before I was arrested without cause.
There are some jump cuts in the video as NVIDIA's recording software doesn't record Roblox for some reason, so I had to record the entire desktop, and I had opened Discord multiple times during it, of course I don't want to leak my DMs or GCs, so this'll have to do, all the evidence should however still be there and sufficient.
