What Happened?

When ventura was back up i wanted to play on my main acc with my friends but i was banned

Ban Reason (as shown in the ban message)

I got banned for alting

Why Should You Be Unbanned?

I want to play with my friend and i got banned for alting cuz i wanted to use my other acc cuz on my main i purchased the wrong stuff and couldnt restart cuz i wasted all my money on some junk.If you could unban me that would be very appriciated

Ive been told that i have no active bans but if I join ventura as example then it says im banned
