What Happened?
This moderator came up to me and TPed me to them. They stated that I was unable to arrest and give someone a citation. I arrested this man for murder and attached a fine for Murder and resisting for the following charges. I was then told that I cannot do this. I see nothing in the Rules and Regulations stating that this is not allowed. Additionally, they said to me that it is not realistic, and I know common sense that it is realistic and happens in real life. I was given this special offer back a few months ago, the one policy offer, and this moderator gave me a false ban. Once again there was nothing done wrong and I was banned without any proper reason. I'd like this to be reviewed and then turned over as once again that is not an official rule via the Ventura Rulebook.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
In all Honesty, for this Ban, I should be unbanned because I did nothing wrong. All I did was make an arrest on a civilian for murdering someone outside SP. I have them a citation and they were placed under arrest for murder as well. There was no indication that you cannot do that. Looking in the R&R there is nothing against that. That is also completely realistic. This moderator made up a Rule that does not apply to the Delta Rules and Regulations and banned me for it. I should not be banned for what happened. Giving someone an arrest and citation is not against any rules within the Ventura rulebook and was just made up by this moderator. I guess I'm sorry for giving someone an arrest and citation for the same process didn't know that is against the rules overall I apologize. I just want to get back to playing the game. I enjoy Ventura a lot of want to continue with my Founders VIP experience.

If this appeal is denied, can you please tell me where in the Ventura rules does it state that you cannot arrest someone and give them a citation for the crimes. (Arresting someone for murder and then giving them a citation for Murder and Resisting). You can have someone arrest and impose fines for that arrest. All felonies will mostly have some type of fine imposed especially high level crimes. This especially falls under what I charged this suspect under which was murder. There are restitution fines, statutory fines all for murder. This was completely realistic and not an abuse of the team.
