Incident Description: I was pulling up the MDT while driving ~2-3km/h when he pulled me over asking why I was driving very slow. I explained to him what I was up to and all of a sudden he pulled me out of my vehicle and spammed me with the 'request ID' prompt about 3-4 times before I finally complied. I asked if he's a SV (supervisor) to which he said he is and upon seeing his badge after showing it to me, I believed him since it said "Chief of Police". I was convinced. He told me to return to my vehicle where he issued me a citation of $4,050,650 with false charges (see attached for charges).
Remark(s): His Roblox account was literally registered on the same day the incident happened - 10/21/25. He's got 0 friends, empty inventory, and everything.
