Description: Weee! Another LTAA report because everybody does it and thinks they won't get into trouble!! This individual was stopped for reckless driving and blamed it on lag. When he was pulled from his car after running from police, he wanted to cry and whine, and squeal like a pig because he's been caught. In turn, he took the fun way out and just LTAA'd. Weee!! I love making these reports!
