Incident Description*:
I was driving my vehicle down a street when a see a man standing in the middle of the street to I try to slow down but its to late. I turn as a last resort but still end up hitting the man. I then get out and try to save him but I get tased by a cop who saw what happened. I'm then placed in a police car and wait awhile to be arrested. Although I'm mad that I'm getting arrested for this since he was in the middle of the road I'm mad how I got 3 charges of assaults totaling to almost a real life hour. I was charged with Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Assault with a deadly weapon, And vehicular assault.
The person I hit also ended up punching both the cops and got shot for it only getting a ticket for that?
