What Happened?
I was on SBI and I stopped a game mod for misuse of ELS and an illegal u-turn on duty. He turned on his emergency lighting, made a u-turn, then pulled over; seems like a great emergency. Upon talking to him he had an attitude, and I requested documentation, he refused to give so I grabbed him and gave him a second chance. He refused, then he turned it into a staff scene even though he broke the law.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
If SBI can't keep other LEO's accountable why is SBI in the game? Additionally Ventura is primarily player ran, turning it into a mod issue instead of calling a VBI supervisor is wild.
