There was a roleplay scene where a blue challenger hit a pedestrian crossing the road. During my investigation I ordered the driver to park which he did not do. So I initiated a pursuit with him and lost him very quickly. After looking for him for awhile he was found and ripped out of his car, He was then placed into custody where he swore up and down that he died. No officer claimed to bear witness to his death so I didn't take his word for it. During this I attempted to transport him where he quickly LTAA, I found him multiple times after and the cycle repeated itself. I estimate he LTAA'd about 4-5 times.
