I have hours and hours of experience to be able to show my worthiness for this community/role. I have been a community manager, IA director, IA member, Administrator, Senior Mod, ETC. I have years of experience within Roblox, FiveM, and RedM, and I have IRL enforcement skills as I am part of the Illinois State Police and I am a current detective and able to withstand extreme pressure from anyone.What skills or qualities do you have that would make you a valuable member of the staff team?I have problem-solving skills to be able to find easier solutions to complicated problems. Public desclation to calm people down by splitting people up to make sure they don’t need to stress of the other person when interacting with one. Able to act under pressure and I can make sure no one changes my opinions and I have completely none biased opinions.Have you been involved in any other communities or teams? If so, please list them and describe your role:Yes, I have around 6-7 years within other communities/ teams within different games as well. Past experiences include but are not limited to: Community director: Updating games and with-hold peace within the server.IA Director/IA member: Overseeing the staff team and making sure what their doing is up to PAR.Administrator: Oversee mods and act as a moderator as well.List goes onHow would you handle a conflict between two community members?I would separate them yet not yell and move them to different areas within private so it’s not embarrassing or humiliating to talk about because I’ve seen cases where people would bully people in staff sits. I would talk to the person calmly making sure their comfortable and helpful but ferm to get the answers I want.Describe a time you had to solve a difficult problem in a leadership or team role:Sure, I had about half a server/25% of a server and around 45% of people near me arguing with me while I was an Admin and had one other person with me and they were gang members within FiveM and I spread them apart without threatening anyone with kicks/bans just asking nicely does a lot. I got the RDM+ VDM problems situated with not many other problems.How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple responsibilities?Usually, I would get multi-staff members but, if I feel someone’s life/IRL life is at risk for DDOS or anything like that I will ALWAYS prioritize the players within the game before anything outside of the game, due to some of them being younger children. So the players within the communities are my main priority.What do you think is the most important value for a Mountain Interactive Staff member to uphold, and why?Regarding the player’s safety, as mentioned above a lot of them are younger kids lowest age probably around 8 years of age which does worry me but I always try and keep an eye/make sure there is no grooming going on since as an officer I’ve had to deal with many problems like that and it breaks my heart.How would you support and encourage new members of the community?I would pull them aside and talk to them, and give them ideas that have helped me out and encourage them to ask me or anyone else question, “The answer is always no until you ask”- Victor COO. I love it when people ask questions I know to help it feels good knowing I helped someone out that day, which is usually my goal is to help 1 person out every day.What are your long-term goals, and how does being part of Mountain Interactive align with them?My job has been really easy lately I just want to be a higher rank within the staff team to oversee other staff, because I know can get my word across without yelling or losing my temper.Are there any areas within the community you feel need improvement? If so, what ideas do you have to address them?More staff being available, the amount of times I really needed staff is incredible, but could easily be fixed, I have been active constantly without being a donator even though it’s a very playable game, and so is LA&Perris.
