Location of incident: Perris, California

Detailed description of events: Killed me twice for literally no reason. First time was when I was standing in line at SP to purchase a firearm. The offender walked in and proceeded to gun the clerk, another individual, and me down. Second time was when I was driving back to SP, the offender blocked my car with his at a red light, hopped out, and then shot and killed me again.
