Incident Description*:
The morning of September 19 2025 I was patrolling as an UC VHP Sergeant, I saw a White Dodge Charger with black stripes following me around, I did 2 illegal U-turns to see if he was following me and he kept following me, I turned left and he turned left so I stopped and turned my lights on. I asked the suspect multiple times to step out as this was considered stalking behaviour which I would arrest him for. He refused to step out after I said I would explain why I was asking him to step out when he did that. I ended up being forced to drag him out and he was an SBI Director. He kept asking and I said this was stalking behaviour. He asked to see my ID and license but I refused as he had no cause to. he asked me more times and said it was due to me not wearing an uniform when I was VHP UC. I explained this and he said it is against guidelines that VHP is not an UC approved department and cannot go UC but I revised guidelines and nothing appeared. I asked him to list where it said that and quote it but he refused to. I asked multiple times but he didn't answer. He then proceeded to arrest me and put me in the back of the car. I used the "!help" command and did a report but then he turned FF on to show that he was a staff member who was miss behaving.
