Description: I was transporting the individual to MCJ after multiple gun fights and fleeing from the police over the past 30 minutes when he decided that it would be funny to go ahead and waste everybody's time by leaving the game while in cuffs in the back of a patrol car. It did state that he was caught LTAA'ing, but he's apparently done this multiple times and had even done it once before with me before I even realized it. The second time around, I of course got him on camera. Hilarious, but, sucks to suck.
