So basically I was requested at Florence FD as SBI to respond to this VHP Officer unlawfully detaining this EMT. Come to find out the whole reason he detained the EMT was because "the emt did not move after 10 seconds when the light turned green" even though the EMT's SUV had only 3 tires and was stuck on the crosswalk. There was an FCPD officer and VHP officer that witnessed the whole thing but I didn't get their users. Long story short the VHP officer argued that the emt needed to be detained but he himself didn't even put his rifle in the trunk while accusing an EMT of breaking the rules and needed to be arrested. He was being very rude to everyone and eventually got in his tahoe and stormed off, but came back and was CAMPING inside of the FD station with his rifle out to catch the EMT and arrest him assuming that I left - me and an FCPD officer were watching him- we went and there and told him to leave FD alone and to put his rifle back and he started arguing again and eventually took out his rifle and shot both of us. EMS healed all of us and cuffed him and took him to sheriff's station for processing and he proceeded to tell me this was an alt of his - he probably got banned on his main - and that he was leaving. So he did and LTAA'd. I normally would not go write a report but I think this dude deserves a permanent ban and scannerbot ban he was rude and hostile and did not wanna roleplay and wanted to arrest an EMT for not moving with a broken car.
