I received a ban when attempting to join the experience, with the message stating that I created or used an alternate account to avoid an enforcement action. I understand this is a serious issue. However, I believe this may be a misunderstanding — I was not attempting to bypass a previous ban. I joined the game using my current account and was immediately met with the error message shown in the attached screenshot. I have not used any alternate accounts to evade bans, and I would appreciate clarification if there has been a mistake or mix-up in account detection.
