What Happened?
Whole situation happened overall 48 hours I noticed an increase of RDM within Perris. I was told by multiple people that Perris was no longer being moderated which caused a "purge" style Rp to happen. I was on national guard responding to the outbreak to attempt to secure the city. However, I was being severely rdmed by fellow guardsmen, RPD, and CHP. Which caused me to get annoyed and paranoid so I will admit I fired indiscriminately at the entrance of the building I was in because I didn't want to die and didn't want any rdmers entering. And I'm not over exaggerating. Everybody I mean EVERYBODY was killing each other. the amount of gunfire and chaos also severely confused and disoriented me So, I couldn't trust anybody. This whole situation was going on for days, so I actually did believe Perris was not being moderated which left many of us to fend for ourselves since rdming was killing us.

I should be unbanned because I'm actually sorry and didn't mean to do any of this on purpose, I didn't do any of the Mass RDMing on purpose. I was only trying to keep myself alive and not get rdmed the 100th time. I love playing Perris and would like to get a second chance to play it again please and thank you.
