Detailed description of events: The clip starts with me being surrounded by two RSCOs, the one in green which I was talking to in prior. And I'm being handcuffed for no reason already by the Offender. He says he wants to arrest me for threats, even though I have, at that point, said no threatening things. And he keeps arresting and un-arresting me. I warn him, saying that I will report him. I provide my ID, and the officer in green starts to go on my side. I remind the Offender that freedom of speech is everyone's right, even though he falsely accuses me of threatening people. The offender goes quiet for a while until I walk away, and he follows me. He fines me for 500 dollars with no probable cause for nothing. He says I'm resisting, while he has no probable cause to arrest me and has not told me any valid reason to arrest me so far. I remind him of Freedom of Speech once again as he attempts to handcuff me. When I'm handcuffed, he immediately draws his weapon and fires into me, RDM'ing me in the process. He escalated the situation for no reason and shot me for no reason, attempted to arrest me and fined me a hefty amount for things I didn't commit.
