7. Detailed Description of Events: I joined a pursuit of a black tahoe on Florence blvd that was started by another highway patrol. Eventually I took over primary and followed the suspect to Strike Point, where he bailed and ran into Strike Point and hid behind the counter. I followed him in and tased him when he jumped over the counter and attempted to run. I quickly cuffed him, uppon which he loudly claimed that I got the wrong person and that he did nothing wrong. There were multiple other people inside Strike Point at the time. I brought him outside to seat him in my car so I could run the plate and verify that it was him, as well as review my initial clip of the incident. He left while in cuffs before I could do so.
