Location of incident: Perris, California,

Detailed description of events: Driving to the city of Perris in my truck, my truck then gets stuck behind a cop car that is still on the bridge. The offender and his buddy immediately open my vehicle door and shoot me for no reason. As seen in the clip.

Extra note: This player has RDM'ed me before, and every time he plays in a server, I notice large amounts of kills on civilians caused by him.
