Detailed Description Of Events

Context

The VHP officer first started it off by detaining a person on the road at the red light. An EMS came to check on what was going on. As the Officer was putting the Suspect into the patrol car, the EMS person pull the suspect out of the patrol car (unsure of the reason for pulling out), the officer put the suspect back into the patrol again. After that, the EMS person pulled him out again, and then it all went down.

Action

The VHP officer then pulled out his rifle at the stop and started shooting everybody around the scene, and finished everybody without saying anything at all. He mag dumped the suspect, the EMS, and me.

Messages

The event led was the suspect calling out for help as the VHP officer put him into the Patrol car. EMS said to stop this. For the VHP, he didn't say that much about what happened during the shooting; the only thing he said was "dam mb" before he killed me off.

Witnesses

As of now, I haven't got any username of the witnesses to this fatal shooting.
