What Happened?

I tried to join Ventura as usual, but it says I'm banned. I haven't played Ventura since the beta period, but now I'm trying to play again and it says I'm permanently banned.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?

I don't understand what I violated or what I did to be banned for no reason and I can't find the administrator who banned me.
