Suggestion for: REACT Studios In general...

My Suggestion:

I feel a support account that can be DMed on the website could make support tickets move faster because its a lot of people complaining about tickets over 48 hours old haven't been responded to.

Why This Would Improve REACT Studios:

Tickets can be solved faster and not have a two day waiting period... This would also be a good idea because people don't have to wait AS long to get help with technical difficulties.

Staff has to go thru every single ticket, it will be the same with an account in website.
