7. Detailed Description of Events*

I was driving and heading to the bank to cash out some money. There was a cop on the side of the road and I did a U-turn (Later claiming that I did an illegal u-turn, ok cool that's not the issue). The issue was that he asked me for ID when he never told me why I was being stopped. He kept spamming the identification button and I kept telling him why was he stopping me. He then grabbed me and never told me the reason why and told me he was arresting me for failure to identify.
