Subscription reactivate glitch

Is anyone else that purchased silver subscription back before they changed it too bronze> Is anyone who have purchased that having any trouble reactivating it or renewing it? I am having trouble reactivating it the day it expired. It keeps giving me an error, anyone else experiencing that?
