So I was enroute to a panic but then I look at the radio and the rogue VHP was calling out fake reports of "In pursuit of rogue VHP." So I could not find the panic so I pulled over then he takes me out of the car then cuffs me for no real reason at all. Then he books me for false charges. This was all for going to a panic. Before this he pulled my friend over and requested him to get off duty so his friend can get on duty. Then my friend got arrested for corruption on duty because he did not get off of VHP and thats what he's trying to do to me. He booked me fore "Fleeing law enforcement, Failure to comply with a lawful order, Abuse of authority."

I confirm and he needs to get a punishment. Pls he has been doing this to my friend and maybe other people.

Follow up I just saw a cop get arrested and he talked to another prisoner and said something like "I got arrested by a rogue command VHP, he arresting cops for no reason at all." (Sorry there is no proof of it)
